Welcome to the heart of Mont-de-Marsan between the Rivers Douze and Midou. Our restaurant located in the town centre is open year round and can offer you traditional cuisine with the seasonal flavours of the South West, all of which you can enjoy in our contemporary-styled dining room. The chef can provide you with a range of menus and recipes that change depending on market produce. 
The restaurant is closed all day Saturday (except for group meals) and Sunday evening.
Lunch is served from 12 to 2pm and dinner from 7:30 to 9pm.

Fresh and gourmet tastes...

Fish, shellfish, poultry, meat - the fresh produce of the Landes and the Atlantic are the secret ingredient to the quality and finesse of Thierry Pantel’s seasonal cuisine. The flavours and scents of the local countryside fill the air of the large air-conditioned dining room that can be divided into smaller, private lounges. On the menu are such delights as pigeon breast à la plancha, creamy potimarron and scallops, duck liver terrine half-cooked chutney shallots, scallop of fresh duck liver with apples, blue lobster stew with Jurançon, wok shrimp pink lobster juice, complimented with a wonderful wine list representing the best of the region.

The Richelieu in Mont-de-Marsan is happy to host your private and professional events.  You’ll have access to large spaces to meet up comfortably and peacefully, with a modular restaurant dining room, a conference room and private lounges.
